ON HOLD (cg) Winter Camouflage Heer M42 Helmet
$2,450.00
This winter camo is another outstanding example, with a lot of service use and particular weather wear to the finish. I believe this to be a thicker quality whitewash instead of paint, given the way it has the “dissolved” look of having been in the elements (rain, snow) prior to being given up by the soldier. The liner doesn’t show much wear compared to the rest of the helmet. My full attention to this revealed that the pins display no tampering, and there is the fine dust layer that is one of the hallmarks of an undisturbed liner. The string and strap are missing. As a winter camo, this rates highly, per the degree of finish and overall condition. Priced accordingly, and a great piece for the winter camo display. COA accompanies.
