This is a fine example of an oakleaf pattern camouflage helmet cover. It was produced using scraps of different material to form the spring sleeves on the underside or autumn side of the cover. All other features including the slightly plum colored clips with correct swage, the gauge and bias of the material, and the stitching techniques, all conform to recognized original techniques. The the cover fits a size 62 helmet shell and is mint unissued. COA accompanies.
