Another outstanding helmet from this 6-decade collection, this counts among the most unusual types of camo helmets: an M40 beaded double decal Polizei helmet, with three-color camouflage scheme, in barely-used condition. The helmet consists of the dark blue-grey factory finish with mint ersatz quality liner system. The camo paint, which covers the underlying nearly 100% intact Polizei and party shields, consists of a base coat of ordinance tan, with the grass green and brick red added in patterns. The heaviness of the spray application is evident in the melding of the colors. It is shown here in two different lights, highlighting the vivid camo scheme.
