This is a nice example of a Waffen-SS M42 single decal helmet by EF, with classic EF mid-war schiefergrau finish. The decal, a small fleck of which remains, shows period removal and correct patina. This helmet is untouched and came from the same grouping as the police and the M35 SS in this listing. The chinstrap has become separated in one place, but otherwise the piece is unmolested and in its original patina of a long time never in a collection. (Ideal for pairing with a service used late pattern helmet cover). COA accompanies.
