This outstanding combat example is complete and in great condition overall, despite a lot of service use. The helmet is a ckl64, with schiefergrau light texture finish and classic ET style runic shield. The finish and especially the decal show remnants of whitewash that was mopped off the helmet during its wartime use. The liner is pigskin, and it and the strap are untouched original to the helmet. There is a name and possible unit marking, but they are not legible. A great piece that saw service as a winter camo. COA accompanies.
