Salty Luftwaffe FJ Paratrooper Helmet
This example features heavy service use to the finish, liner and the absence of straps. The connecting bolts are early spanner types, which show patina and tarnish consistent with a period usage. The adler is a Peiniger variant that is often found on reissue pieces. It appears fully original to the helmet, with commensurate wear, despite being somewhat anomalous. Overall, this helmet is a handsome example that would be good for a WWII combat FJ display.
