This helmet came out of the woodwork not long ago and has been in one collection. It was basically put away and hardly handled. The condition is crisp fresh untouched with no cleaning or any other handling within the liner and strap areas. There is still a cobweb hanging hanging along the edge of the liner. The helmet is a size 66 With a thick coat of white paint and a carefully stenciled Red Cross on the front. This is a correct configuration for this helmet which was used by medical personnel. This is not a Winter camouflage it is painted white so it stands out and can be seen and be seen and ostensibly not draw fire.. A one of a kind beautiful condition helmet that would grace the finest collection. COA accompanies.
