Rare, Special Issue Luftwaffe M35 Helmet, Named

This beautiful example is one of a half-dozen known Luftwaffe special re-work helmets identified in Ken N’s books. They feature a thick bordered luftwaffe adler and matching round bottom national shield, both from an unknown commercial contractor. The paint is a fine quality LW feldgrau and the shell is ET64 heat lot # 3006 or 3886, struck lightly and therefore difficult to discern. The liner and strap are untouched original to the helmet, and there is a cloth nametag “Schell” sewn in the liner. A fine and very rare specimen! COA accompanies.
