HOLD (dm) Outstanding M40 Heer Camouflage Helmet

SKU: Mhjprcamq

This is a very fine example of an untouched Heer M40 camo Q64 single decal helmet. All components are of the 1940 period, including the 1940 dated chinstrap.  The Heer decal is visible amid the thin coat of ordinance tan, grass green and brick red.  It is important to note that the helmet is not covered in patina; that is the base camouflage color, which is a blend of the ordinance tan and the brick red applied simultaneously and run together. (It is not patina, but camouflage paint).  The overall condition is highly serviceable showing moderate service use and a fine overall combat appearance. A very top shelf camouflage helmet. COA accompanies.
