Outstanding Luftwaffe Signals NCO Tunic

$1,850.00

This is a striking, earlier example of a Luftwaffe NCO tunic for “Der Spiess” or first sergeant. The rust colored piping is for signals / communications, as also noted by the sleeve raute denoting signals. The tunic features the early style droop tail machine embroidered eagle at the right breast, with machine applied signals tabs in the rank of hauptfeldwebel, and corresponding rank arrangement on the shoulderboards. The two stripes at the cuff denote the position of what the Americans call “first sergeant,” referred to by the Germans as “Der Spiess.” A really superb outfit for the Luftwaffe NCO display. COA accompanies.
