Outstanding Heer Early Reissue M35
This is a fine example of an ET66 M35, #4733, repainted inside and out, leaving the Heer adler exposed, to render the helmet acceptable according to the M1940 specifications of rough texture finish and single decal configuration. The exception was, as is often the case, the liner was deemed serviceable and left intact–a very German characteristic of the time. The helmet bears the owner’s name and shows medium service use. It was found at a sale a few years back and has been left untouched by the collector who obtained it. A sweet example! COA accompanies.
