RESERVED (cp) Outstanding DAK / Southern Front M40 Heer

This is simply a stunning example of the coveted DAK or ‘southern front’ camouflage helmet. This specimen is an M40 ET64 with illegible heat lot number. The finish is very heavily worn in high temperature environments, with deterioration and cracking throughout. There appear to be two names, one of which is “F. Richter.” The liner and strap are the original set to the helmet, and overall the piece shows continuous service wear. There is no age or storage damage, just wear, with a nice looking Heer adler showing through on the left side. A fantastic tan camo helmet to add to the advanced collection. COA accompanies.
