(rmar) Outstanding and Rare 29th ID M1 Helmet

This is a rare, highly desirable US WWII M1 helmet, fixed bale, front seam 29th Infantry Division marked. The helmet came to the consignor from Mr. Bill Shea a number of years ago and it is time to find it a new home. The 29th or ‘Blue and Grey’ were one of the many brave infantry units to wade ashore on the bloody June 6 1944 invasion of Normandy. This helmet is one of the nicer condition ones I’ve observed, yet it still features a lot of repeated and heavy service use. A once in a lifetime collectible. COA accompanies.
