This is a great example of a Q62 M40 Luftwaffe helmet, featuring the LW adler on the left, and the typical Luft blue-grey medium texture Schiefergrau finish. The pigskin liner is untouched and shows that slight varnish colored patina that this type of leather can attain over the years. The strap is a replacement for looks and likely repro. Overall light service use and fine example. COA (with chinstrap caveat) accompanies.
