This superb example is an M40 Q62, with faintly struck heat lot number M172?. The helmet overall has 99% factory LW schiefergrau paint, with 99% Luftwaffe Adler, smudged at the corner of one swastika arm during stripping of the lacquer template at time of manufacture. This helmet appears un-worn and shows some age effects to the size 55 liner. A superb example. COA accompanies.
