Hold (bf) M42 Heer Helmet by EF

This helmet is a good example of a service used Heer EF M42. The shell is a 62 and the heat lot number is 2313. The Heer adler has the characteristic carrier material showing through at the lower left edge and in some areas of the shield–a textbook original hallmark. The liner and strap are in strong condition, untouched and the liner is original to the helmet. The strap may have been replaced at some time, impossible to determine when, but is the style commonly encountered on M35 helmets. Overall this is an excellent example with a lot of display appeal.
