This helmet is a CKL68, heat lot 3131, featuring multiple layers of camouflage and repaint, including winter whitewash. The whitewash is evident in covering about 90% of the helmet underneath the most recent finish, which is a greyish feldgrau vehile paint. The helmet is in very good condition despite the amount of service use, with a nice liner and unmolested pins. Great for that Ardennes ’44 combat display!
