This is a superb SS-Panzer enlisted M43 example in black wool felt. The scallops have the buckram seam reinforcement, expected pull tabs, and single button front closure. This maker uses the dark grey-black pebble button for the closure. The lining is herringbone rayon, simply marked “57.” The insignia are the fat skull and matching eagle, straight line machine sewn and untouched. A tempting, killer example that won’t last long.
