This grouping is one of the most comprehensive lots I have seen from a Veteran family. The letter from the son, an excellent plus, describes the items here. There are items from everyday life use, to technical textbook with pictures, to a Stone Mint US M1 helmet, a Camouflaged and Netted Japanese combat helmet, pictures, silverware, M1903 bayonet, etc. Simply outstanding condition and historical significance. The individual was a Torpedo specialist on a torpedo bomber, flying missions off the famous USS Lexington. The pictures tell the story. The lot is sold as a lot, not for separating.
