Sold (rm) GI “Souvenir” German Helmet

This is a very interesting and artistically rendered “GI Souvenir” helmet. It consists of a Q68, size 60 Heer helmet, with the remnants of the liner and the addition of a blue paint layer on the outside. This layer is decorated with fancy painted lettering, and a swastika on each side. It is not unit marked, but is dedicated on top from the soldier, to a family member or friend back home. A fine condition, historic piece. COA accompanies.
