Fine Southern Front / Italian Front Heer M35 Camo

This beauty comes from one of the best known camo collectors worldwide, who kindly sent it to me for listing. This is an EF66 LW M35, heat lot number illegible. The helmet shows having been a tan camo at first, then oversprayed with a shot of green, but stacked while wet, showing the original tan along the areas where it was stacked. The luft double decals are visible by their crackling deep under the paint. The percentage of camo overall is high, but along with the liner and strap, shows steady combat and service use for a long period of time. A real, beautiful combat camo, fighting possibly as early as Afrika. COA accompanies.
