This is an exceptionally elegant mantel for an SS lieutenant colonel or “SS-Obersturmbannfuhrer.” The material is a fine heavy grade doeskin wool with a satin lining. The insignia are tailored and have not been replaced or altered. The TK collar tab is exquisitely rendered and shows perfect machine application. The rank tab has the SRZM pips and is also perfectly tailor applied by machine. A finer mantel is not to be found. COA accompanies.
