This is a fine tailor-made example of an SD (Sicherheitsdienst) Hauptsturmfűhrer tunic, created of fine doeskin wool in the classic SS-Rock pattern. The tunic features matching blank SD tab and rank tabs, machine applied. The sleeve eagle is the classic earlier pattern bullion, finely hand-stitched to the left sleeve. Below that is the bullion SD diamond, trimmed in aluminum piping. The left breast pocket features loops for a KVK first class and likely an SA or DRL sports badge. There is a KVK 2nd class ribbon in the buttonhole. The lining is fine silk in the grey-brown color, and an aperture is present for hanging the degen or dolch. A truly fine, hard to upgrade piece of SS cloth. COA accompanies.
