This is a beautiful, old style tunic to a Sgt. Maj. in schützen rgt.7. The tunic features gold piping on the fine insignia and down the front; slash pockets, and the correct early breast eagle. It bears a stamping ‘Gepruft’ in the flap of the right breast pocket to the 106 Inf. Rgt. likely a former unit of this high ranking wearer. A splendid example from the ‘glory days’ of the late 1930s-early ’40s. COA accompanies.
