Terms and Conditions:
Payments can be made via PayPal* family and friends (no fee), or buyer pays fee, (to account name firstname.lastname@example.org). I also accept personal checks, money orders, or bank transfer. Wire transfer instructions will be provided on request.
*Buyer is responsible for PayPal fees, as well as credit card, bank transfer and other payment methods’ fees.
Postage and handling in the USA is a flat 30.00 USD fee for helmets via USPS. Increased service levels, or other methods such as UPS, Fedex, Express post, etc., unless otherwise negotiated, will be fully expensed to the buyer. Cost for shipping outside the US via USPS or other delivery services is determined at time of sale. In all cases, appropriate customs regulations will be observed.

Shipping is at the expense of the buyer. I am flexible and can sometimes negotiate the amount with the buyer as part of the overall price of the item. The prices reflected for postage in my shopping cart are for USPS priority mail, not express. If the buyer wishes a different / faster service, that amount will be the actual amount charged by the shipping company. Insurance and liability are limited to the cost listed on the customs label.
Guarantee: I stand behind my lifetime guarantee of the items I sell, including consigned items, as being WWII period authentic, to the best of my knowledge and ability. I will honor this guarantee if something turns out to contain a heretofore unidentified flaw or feature that is indisputably postwar. Resolution will be performed with the advice and hands-on expertise of an agreed-upon third party who possesses the recognized, required expertise. For returned items, a refund will be issued, minus shipping and processing fee, provided the returned item is within a 45 day window from date of sale, unaltered, and exactly as it was at time of sale (tampering with, disassembling, altering or cleaning an item, or any other damage sustained in shipping, voids any return privilege). The amount which will be refunded will be calculated in United States Dollars, unless otherwise agreed. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
