2a9   M35 Waffen-SS Combat Helmet, Sand / Gravel Camo, Excellent Example

This Q66 is not a relic in any way, and is an excellent example of a Waffen-SS rough texture camo and literally looks like a stone. The liner has some wear to the tongues but is untouched and complete. Close magnification reveals decals under the camo on both sides. Topping it off is a nice ink inscription to an SS-Mann in the side-rear inner skirt of the helmet. A very rare type of combat SS Camo! I will include a COA with the sale of this Helmet. 7200 USD

2a1   ET 64 M40 Waffen-SS Combat Helmet, semi-relic condition, Demjansk Battlefield!

This likely TK helmet is a fairly typical ET64 M40 double, with an ET style rune and Pocher party shield, factory installed and issued as is. It is complete with untouched liner and strap, decent condition considering semi-relic (bunker?). A nice piece of history. I will include a COA with the sale of this Helmet. SOLD 3400 USD

2a2   ET 64 M35 Relic Waffen-SS Combat Helmet, Another Demjansk Battlefield!

Another likely TK helmet, this M35 double was straight dug. Both decals are visible. Very rough condition. Remains of liner present. A nice piece of history. I will include a COA with the sale of this Helmet. 900 USD

-
2a3   ET? 66 M35 Relic Waffen-SS Police Combat Helmet, Russian Battlefield

This M35 is unusual and appears to be a re-badged police M35 double decal. The party shield on the right side shows prominently from underneath the CA Pocher runic shield. The Pocher party shield is in surprisingly good condition considering the relic condition overall. The rear area of the helmet shows the paint layers very well; field grey, possible evidence of black, and the bluish field grey that appears on a number of SS refinish M35s. Overall a very interesting relic helmet with a lot of intriguing features! I will include a COA with the sale of this Helmet. 900 USD

2a4   ET 64 M35 Relic Waffen-SS Combat Helmet, Another Demjansk Battlefield!

2a5   M35 Heer Winter Camo Combat Helmet, Spanish Named, Probable 'Blue" Division, Russian Battlefield Dug

This is another interesting, historic treasure from the Russian soil. Appearing to be an M35 Heer, with Heer decal visible under the paint, this helmet has a complete liner and strap, and bears the name "Juan H...." (looks like Heredia but not certain). The liner system is a single ply band with un-chamfored chinstrap bales, indicating an earlier issue. The white paint covers the remnants of the factory feldgrau, and thickly overlays the Heer adler, which is nonetheless partly visible through the paint. This is a chance to own a relic of the venerated Blue Division of the Wehrmacht. I will include a COA with the sale of this Helmet. 1800 USD

-
2a6   M35 Waffen-SS Combat Helmet, 'Just shot to crap,' Russian Battlefield Dug

This one saw a really hard and violent end for its wearer. The shots or shrapnel holes combination reflect a violent hit to the helmet, leaving the liner deformed and ripping the helmet through just to the rear of the runic decal. Everything is in untouched condition as the day it was recovered. I will include a COA with the sale of this Helmet. 900 USD

-
2a7   M42 Waffen-SS Combat Helmet, Remnants of helmet cover and clips. Russian Battlefield Dug

This is a pretty cool example of a KIA that got left in the fighting position and eventually covered up. The aggressiveness of ground combat with the Soviets knew almost no limits, and the soldiers who walked away from these campaigns were remarkably lucky to have survived. This wearer obviously did not. The helmet is full relic, but it's interesting in that it still has the clips and even a swatch or two of camo cover welded into the rusty exterior. A true conversation piece.. I will include a COA with the sale of this Helmet. 1100 USD

-
2a8   ET66? Single Decal Waffen-SS Relic Combat Helmet, Russian Battlefield Dug

This helmet is dug, and mostly corroded into rust and dust. The partial ET decal is still visible. Some feldgrau paint remains. I will include a COA with the sale of this Helmet. 700 USD

-
2a10   Heer M35 Double Decal Relic, Shrapnel KIA, Russian Dug

This Heer helmet is a relic of one of the Russian Front battles, dug in place over a decade ago. It is nicely named to a Leutnant, who could be researched in the German War Graves online site. I will include a COA with the sale of this Helmet. 550 USD

-
2a11   Heer Tropical / DAK Souvenir Helmet

This is a very interesting souvenir helmet with the period inscription of where its artist / owner had been. The finish is authentically period and has every indication of being original German itself. The soldier, from what is believed to be an African-American unit, carried the helmet from where he picked it up, all along inscribing the various campaign locations he passed through. I will include a COA with the sale of this cool Helmet. SOLD 800 USD

-
2a1373   Q66 M35 Double Decal Relic, 1373 Russian Dug

This Quist shows it was a double decal SS, the number 1373 is an enigma. I will include a COA with the sale of this Helmet. 570 USD

2a13  Waffen-SS Polizei-Division M35 Winter Camo Battle Helmet

This M35 Q62 SS-Polizei helmet is in very damaged relic condition and is another one from the Russian Front battle positions of late 1944. Its configuration (combination of factory Quist Runic shield and police shield on the opposite side) is super rare as only two or three examples of this type of congfiguration of have ever surfaced. This is testament that "the bunker does not lie" when it comes to some of the rare and unique things people have been unearthing from these battle sites. To top it off, it is a winter camo, finished in a thinned-down white paint or whitewash, much of which still remains on the outer surface of the helmet. This soldier most likely did not survive the onslaught of ballistic damage sustained by this helmet. The fact that it remained in a caved-in bunker since the battle until it was unearthed a few years ago, further attests to its condition. The runic shield is remarkably visible and combined with the remaining winter white finish on the opposite side, with the ghost of the Polizei shield, makes this relic battle piece display-able from either side. Price includeds my COA 2400 USD

-
2a14  Waffen-SS M35 Helmet

This example is a classic ET64, with the characteristic ET style pea green paint and factory applied ET pattern decals, which have been 80% scratched off. The chinstrap is missing and the liner is missing its lace, otherwise the piece is tight and correct. Would make a great display with a first pattern helmet cover. As is, 2500 USD

-
2a24 Brick Red and Green Camo Waffen-SS M40 Helmet

This is an M40 ET64, number #5075, Brick Red camo with small amount of green in front. This is more or less typical of Normandy SS Camo schemes I have observed. The shadow of the decal is visible under the camo paint on this one. Missing liner but still a rare SS camo and displays very well. Price includes my 100% lifetime guarantee of authenticity 3600 USD
